Welcome back to another blog post! Today I have another interactive card for you. I have so much fun making these, and this time I am using Lawn Fawn’s Flippin’ Awesome die. This die makes an interactive card so easy. Keep reading to see how I made this card!
To watch me make this card in detail, watch the video below!
To make this card, I paired Flippin’ Awesome with Just My Type, both from Lawn Fawn. I stamped out all of the type writers, and added on sayings from Lawn Fawn’s Love Poem stamp set. I then die cut all of the pieces from Flippin’ Awesome and the Flippin’ Awesome add on die.
From there, I colored in all of the images with Copic Markers. For this card, I used R81, R83, and R85 for the keys of the typewriter, N0, N2 and N4 for the outside of the typewriter, and E71 and E74 for the mouse.
From there, I moved on to assembly. I highly suggest that you watch the video above to see how I assembled this card. To finish, I stamped “pull here” from the Just My Type set onto the tab of the Flippin’ Awesome die, so that the recipient knows to pull the die out.
I put the Flippin’ Awesome die on the add on scalloped panel, which I then put on a piece of Spiffy Speckles paper that I die cit with the largest stitched rectangle die.
That finishes off the card for today! I hope that you enjoyed seeing this process. All of the supplies that I used are listed down below!
