Waffle Flower November Release: Stencils

Welcome to Waffle Flower’s November 2020 Release day! Today Waffle Flower is rolling out their new release that includes 3 stamp sets, 1 stamp-n-stencil combo, and 14 stencils! All of the products from this month’s release are already waiting for you on the website here!

This month’s Waffle Flower release is all about creativity boosters! For many of us, time in the craft room is all about clearing the mind and recharging! With that goal in mind, Waffle Flower packed this release full of stencils and silhouettes designed to feed your imagination! So, take a mini-break from your holiday crafting and take a look at these new goodies!

This month marks the first stencil release for Waffle Flower! For the artsy types, there’s the Ink Spots Stencil, Paint Strokes Stencil, and Inky Stripes Stencil.

If you’re more a fan of clean and geometric backgrounds, there are 3 builder stencils from cardmaker JJ Bolton: Stripes Builder Stencil, Infinite Petals Stencil, and Infinite Rings Builder Stencil duo. For the lovers of cute and whimsical, there’s Keeway’s Grass Scene Stencil, Mountain Scene Stencil, and Sky Scene Stencil designed by beloved DT member and cardmaker extraordinaire Keeway Tsao. Just in time for the holidays, there are the Merry Bow Stencil and Pine Trees.

Last but not least, everyone could use the new Spotlight stencils series that includes the Spotlight Circle Stencil, Spotlight Square Stencil, and Spotlight Star Stencil. This is just the start of the stencils line for Waffle Flower! You’ll definitely be seeing lots more stencils in future monthly releases!

On the stamp side, the November release stamps sets all have something in common, beautiful and creative silhouettes! These silhouette sets include the classic Herb Silhouettes Stamp Set, festive Spotlight Holiday Elements Stamp Set, and unique Power Lines Stamp Set by cardmaker JJ Bolton.

Last on the release list this month is a new type of combo, the stencil-n-stamp. Stencils are used to create larger elements and the coordinating stamps add focal points and fine details. Waffle Flower’s first stencil-n-stamp is the adorable Fall for You by artist Cassie Loizeaux (stencil-n-stamp).

My Projects:

When I saw the Inky Spots stencil, I knew that it needed to be paired with the Little Artists combo. They just belong together, you know?

To watch me make this card, watch the video below!

I also gravitated towards the Stencil-n-Stamp Fall for You set. I had a lot of fun using various distress oxide inks to ink blend onto kraft cardstock to make this project.

I hope that you enjoyed looking at some of my projects from the new release. I will be sharing more over on Instagram throughout the month!

  1. The card with the mice and the rainbow colour stenciled background, loved it. Love that stencil. Thanks for the inspiration.

  2. Dear Elyse –
I just LOVE the card shown first and in the video. Those mice are so sweet and cute… I’m a French teacher so the ones with the little bérets are the most pleasing to me! Your talent is extraordinary and I liked hearing about you. My husband and I have been to Austria once but wish to return when we can one day.
Blessings on you and yours now and in the future.

  3. The inky spots look a little like balloons on this card A.dor.a.ble and really really cute! That sweet sweet mouse sleeping on foliage just screams Fall. Super cute cards! Waffleflower release is so fun this time…. and every time!

  4. Wonderful cards! That stencil and little mice were meant to be together!!!! And the leaf card is lovely- I really like the shape of the leaves- like they just settled down after being blown by the wind.

  5. Pairing the ink spots with the artists was such a great idea! I love those sweet little mice. It is so fun to see them at work…

  6. It was great to hear more about you on your video! Did you go to TCU? I love your cards! The mouse card is so darn cute- great design and colors!
