25 Days of Christmas Tags: Waffle Flower

I am so excited to be participating in the 25 Days of Christmas Tags for Waffle Flower! This is a fun event hosted by Tracey McNeely, and there are amazing giveaways to be won. Be sure that you head to her blog, here, to find out more.

For my first tag, I wanted to create something that was layered. I love the look of a layered tag, and knew that the wreath from the Merry Wreath combo would make a great layering piece. See the photos below to see the final tag.

I did all of the stamping with Distress Oxide inks. The red tag is ink blended with Festive Berries Oxide Ink, and then I heat embossed the sentiment on top in white.

If you share homemade goodies with neighbors or friends at the holidays, then this stamp set with fun baking images makes adorable tags to add to your baked goods! I love a good gable box for things like cookies, so I added my tag to one.

I hope that you have enjoyed looking at my tags! Be sure that you head to Tracey’s blog for more info on the event, and to see the other tags!
